Cosmetic breast surgery can be a frightening undertaking.  Everyone knows that "someone" who was made....Too big...too small....has an ugly incision....was not involved in the sizing choices....etc., etc., etc.  There are a few things that we understand at INTEGRIS Total Body Surgical and the first thing is you have a choice.  We also understand that breast appearance is a very personal thing and most women want guidance in picking a size for their body, not instruction.  Our experience is that patients already have a good idea of what they want to look like and it is our job to try and match THAT appearance, not the one we have.  Patients that come to our clinic are greated with kind faces and a willingness to help.  At consultation you will be given information and choices pertaining to size, incision placement, and the choice of saline or silicone implants if you meet criteria.  We highly recommend that when you come, you bring a top, or two, that you want to "show" your new figure in.  This will give you a better idea of size and shape.  Husbands, boyfriends, or significant others are welcomed at consultation if the patient is comfortable.

Remember that implant size is based on the chest wall measurements, so don't get hung up on CC numbers.  Also remember, there is no such thing as a standard cup size.  If you want a C cup in a bra from Wal mart, that will be very different than a C cup from Victoria's Secret.  Cup sizes vary depending on the maker of the bra and the girth of the chest.
