Rachel is a key component to our office. She is a pure delight to work with. She always has a smile on her face and is more than willing to assist, whether on the phone or in person. She handles many of the insurance claims and Cosmetic quotes and can answer most insurance questions.
Janet, my wife, has also been with Total Body Surgical since its inception. An RN who trained at the infamous Charity School of Nursing, she has the experience and personality to care for patients in our facility in first class fashion. If you have a procedure at our facility, Cosmetic or Vein, she will most likely be responsible for your comfort in our procedure room. She also is a professional about skin care, laser treatment, and loves to help with breast implant selection. I am lucky she can work with me!!
