Liposuction is the most common procedure performed in Cosmetic surgery.  It is used in most procedures to contour fatty deposits and in conjunction with other surgeries.  With modern "tumescent techniques" it is usually nearly bloodless and can be done in the office.

Dr Swetnam and Dr Miller have extensive training and experience in nearly all liposuction techniques including smart or laser liposuction, VASER liposuction and also with fat grafting techniques.

At Total Body Surgical we do most procedures in the office with sedation and a solution to numb the areas being treated.  Of course general anesthesia is also available.  Most people leave the office and can resume activity the next day.  Depending on the size of the area being treated, most can be completed in one session.  Other options include dividing the procedure into smaller steps at intervals.  We take great pride in making every attempt to satisfy our patients.  See our portfolio page and look over cases I have done.
